Participatory Projects
Rossi questions the nature of authorship in visual arts, she aims to diffuse single authorship in favor of social inclusion and engagement; Rossi is motivated by the sense of community and wishes to provide opportunities for shared encounters and legitimate participation.

She is interested in the artists’ relationships to the audiences and audiences’ relationship to arts. She questions the image of the artist as an elevated figure but rather initiates practice led encounters where the focus is on ‘non-art’ participants, whom will form a temporary art collective, a permanent affiliation or at least experience a lasting encounter.

In her work Rossi encourages social bonding by providing space for creativity and communication that might often be missing from art production. She believes that valuable experiences are to be had when people who have common objectives interact as they strive towards communal goals.
